Destiny 2 fans caught on to the Glorbo scheme and decided to set up a similar trap. In this context, Glorbo is not a new feature but rather a mysterious secret boss. Fans maintained the fiction in their posts, with one person whimsically claiming, "Glorbo killed my grandma, " and another expressing excitement for the Glorbo fight in the upcoming season. Some even spread rumors of Glorbo's heightened power, comparing it to Oryx, and applauding Bungie's incorporation of Glorbo into the game's lore, including references in the Bungie Store and Destiny 1's grimoire pages.
