Using a generative AI program called Midjourney, freelance film editor Duncan Thomsen created these spooky images, featuring Biden as Freddy Krueger, Beyoncé as a witch, former President Donald Trump as a pumpkin, and Elon Musk as a scarecrow. Thomsen expressed his admiration for the Elon Musk portrayal, noting that he resembles a Hollywood villain with a calm and sinister look. Among the bone-chilling collection, Madonna appears as a witch, Boris Johnson as Uncle Fester from "The Addams Family, " and Priti Patel as both a zombie and a werewolf. Even the current UK Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, was reimagined as Dracula. Thomsen described the Donald Trump pumpkin as capturing something about the former president, especially his distinctive orange complexion. He expressed astonishment at the capabilities of AI.

This usage of AI to transform well-known figures is not a new phenomenon. Earlier this year, Biden, former President Barack Obama, and Prince William were transformed into real-life Kens, while Kate Middleton was turned into a Barbie-like figure. Additionally, AI has been used to create images of American presidents with extravagant mullets, as well as to bring "The Simpsons" characters to life in human-like depictions. Recently, Meta unveiled AI bots that resemble celebrities, with Kendall Jenner's bot assuming the persona of Billie and Tom Brady's bot adopting the name Bru. This development was met with criticism for being "creepy. " While AI has revolutionized the medical field in terms of curing diseases and treating patients, chatbots have faced scrutiny for their unsettling responses and cheating incidents during exams.
