Adobe Unveils Agentic AI Innovations and Expands Partnerships at Adobe Summit 2024

On Monday, April 20, the first day of its Adobe Summit, the company unveiled several new offerings. The newly launched agentic AI system, Adobe CX Enterprise, integrates AI agents, agent skills, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoints to assist businesses in managing their customer lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, conversion, and loyalty, according to a press release issued Monday. “Adobe CX Enterprise allows businesses to scale agentic AI through a fully customizable solution tailored to their organization's specific needs, enabling teams to move beyond AI experiments toward real business outcomes, ” said Anil Chakravarthy, president of customer experience orchestration business at Adobe, in the release. Additionally, Adobe revealed the new CX Enterprise Coworker in a separate Monday press release. This tool activates insights across Adobe’s enterprise apps, embeds agentic AI into the engagement lifecycle, and empowers marketing teams with advanced agentic AI capabilities. “Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker represents the next evolution for businesses revamping marketing workflows to leverage agentic AI technology effectively, ” stated Anjul Bhambhri, senior vice president of engineering, customer experience orchestration at Adobe, in the release. In a third announcement on Monday, Adobe expanded its partnerships with AI platforms to enable businesses to scale agent-powered workflows across any environment.

According to another press release, Adobe’s AI agents, skills, and developer tools will now be accessible within solutions from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and OpenAI. “Marketers shouldn’t have to choose between their organization's AI tools and the marketing capabilities needed to achieve impactful outcomes. We are closing that gap by broadening our partner ecosystem and delivering highly customized integrations for Adobe CX Experience, ” said Amit Ahuja, senior vice president of product, customer experience orchestration at Adobe, in the release. Adobe also projected in December 2025 that the rapid adoption of its AI-powered tools would drive revenue growth from $25. 9 billion to $26. 1 billion in the fiscal year 2026.
