Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
This policy explains what Neuron Expert Corporation («Neuron Expert», «we») collects, why, and what we never do with it. It covers both our own website and the Neuron Expert platform used by our business customers.
Who we are
Neuron Expert Corporation, a Delaware corporation, 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, Kent County, DE 19901, United States. Questions about this policy or your data: [email protected].
What we collect
Contact details you give us — name, phone number, email address, business name and service address, when you request a call back, book a service appointment, or sign up for the platform.
Service records — the appointments, estimates, invoices and message history created while you use the service, so the business you contacted can serve you and keep its own records.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and approximate location derived from the IP address, used to keep the service secure and to understand which pages are useful.
Call and message content — calls to a Neuron Expert phone number may be recorded and transcribed to create the appointment and to improve the assistant. You are told at the start of the call.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, book and confirm service appointments, send the transactional updates described below, take payment where applicable, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
SMS and mobile messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How consent is obtained. There are exactly two ways. You tick the SMS-updates box on the service request form — it is never pre-ticked — or, if you book by phone, you agree out loud after the agent reads you the full disclosure and asks whether you accept automated text messages about your appointment. Texting a keyword does not subscribe you. Your consent, the time you gave it, how it was captured and the exact wording you were shown or read to you are recorded with your request and the resulting booking; if you decline or your answer is unclear, nothing is recorded and no messages are sent. Giving us a phone number for any other purpose is not consent, and we never buy, rent or import phone number lists.
What we send. Transactional service messages only: booking confirmations with the date, time and booking number; day-of service-window reminders; technician on-the-way and ETA updates; links to your estimate or invoice; and a post-service follow-up. Message frequency depends on your appointment — typically 2 to 5 messages per booking.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop them immediately; reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your appointment — call the business to change or cancel it.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to deliver the service, and only for that purpose: the business you contacted (its bookings are its own records), and our processors — Twilio (telephony and SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Google (calendar and maps where the business enables them), and our hosting provider. Each acts on our instructions under contract.
We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If the company is ever sold or merged, personal information may transfer as part of that business, subject to this policy.
We do not share personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, and — as stated above — mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with anyone.
How long we keep it
Service records for as long as the business you contacted keeps its account with us, plus the period required by tax and accounting law. Call recordings and transcripts for up to 24 months. Technical logs for up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see below.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to a particular use, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in California, this includes the CCPA rights to know, delete and opt out of sale — and we do not sell personal information.
Security and children
Data is encrypted in transit, credentials are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach affects you we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We update this page when the practice changes and move the «last updated» date. Material changes to how we use personal information are announced by email to account holders before they take effect. See also our Terms of Service.
