AnyTeam Inc. Launches AI-Native Sales Operating System with $10M Seed Funding

Brief news summary

AnyTeam Inc., an AI-driven sales startup, has launched early access to its innovative sales operating system after securing $10 million in seed funding led by SignalFire, with support from Crosslink Capital and angel investors from Alphabet, Salesforce, and Elastic. The platform aims to transform sales by automating time-consuming tasks such as meeting preparation and presentation creation, which often consume up to 70% of sales reps’ time and drive up costs. Co-founder Jeff Yoshimura emphasized that current tools focus mainly on sales management but do not directly support frontline sellers. AnyTeam’s AI-powered system runs locally on users’ devices, providing fast, context-aware assistance before, during, and after sales interactions. Its key features include an account agent delivering detailed customer insights, a real-time call companion, and a sales studio for creating personalized collateral. By integrating with calendars, email, CRM, and messaging apps like Slack, the platform streamlines routine tasks and boosts productivity. CEO Ajay Arora stated their mission is to "take the work out of work," allowing sales professionals to concentrate on meaningful customer engagement and effective selling through this comprehensive AI solution.

AnyTeam Inc. , an AI-driven sales startup, announced today the early access launch of its platform following the closure of a $10 million seed funding round that attracted a broad range of investors. The funding round was led by SignalFire, with contributions from Crosslink Capital and over 40 individual angel investors, including executives from major companies such as Alphabet Inc. (Google’s parent), Salesforce Inc. , and Elastic N. V. Investors are backing AnyTeam because it has developed what it claims to be the world’s first “AI-native sales operating system. ” This platform aims to revolutionize the work of sales professionals by automating numerous aspects of their job, especially the tedious tasks that often hinder their ability to sell effectively. AnyTeam highlights that these administrative duties consume a large portion of sales representatives’ time—up to 70%—including meeting preparation, creating presentations, and similar activities. These tasks represent a significant expense for employers as well, with quarterly sales costs accounting for 25% to 60% of total expenditures, translating into hundreds of millions in operational overhead for publicly traded companies. Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer Jeff Yoshimura explained that most current go-to-market tools are designed for management and operations teams, overlooking the actual salespeople driving revenue. “Revenue is the most important function in every organization, yet scaling B2B sales remains fundamentally broken, ” he stated. AnyTeam’s AI-native sales OS seeks to address this gap.

The platform functions as a continuously running, context-aware application providing proactive assistance before, during, and after each customer engagement. Unlike traditional SaaS solutions, it processes AI locally on users’ devices, delivering instant responsiveness. The system’s three core components include: an account agent that offers detailed insights into each prospect and customer; a call companion that delivers live intelligence and guidance during sales calls; and a sales studio, which enables the creation of customized sales materials on-demand, leveraging user data. Additionally, the AnyTeam OS integrates seamlessly with a variety of third-party apps such as calendars, email services, CRM systems, and messaging platforms like Slack. This integration grants it contextual awareness of conversations, meetings, and leads, automating many routine tasks salespeople otherwise perform manually, allowing them to focus immediately on selling. Ajay Arora, AnyTeam’s other co-founder and CEO, emphasized that the platform is built to “take the work out of work, ” providing real-time support to help sales professionals form more genuine customer relationships. “Our AI-native OS approach empowers sales professionals to become ‘full-stack AEs, ’ equipping them with superpowers to excel at selling and serving customers, ” he said.
