Two dedicated AI agents facilitate this: 1. **Data Entry Agent:** Utilizes large language models (LLMs) to interpret pasted text and uploaded files, extracting relevant details to swiftly populate CRM forms for lead and contact creation. 2. **Data Exploration Agent:** Converts natural language questions about opportunities, leads, or accounts into filtered views and visual insights, simplifying trend analysis. Together, these agents reduce major productivity drains—manual data entry and complex data exploration—allowing sellers to focus more on customer engagement and less on CRM management. **Data Entry Agent in Practice** Accurate customer data is vital but often arrives in varied formats. The Data Entry Agent processes unstructured emails, websites, or LinkedIn profiles by analyzing copied content and suggesting inline CRM field values with source citations.

Sellers can easily review and accept these AI-suggested entries, accelerating lead capture with higher confidence. After events like trade shows, sellers may return with stacks of business cards or documents. Using the Files feature (Preview), sellers upload images or documents (. txt, . docx, . pdf, . png, etc. ); the system extracts names, titles, emails, and more, proposing field entries that sellers confirm—transforming hours of manual transcription into minutes, enhancing follow-up speed and data completeness. **Data Exploration Agent in Practice** Navigating CRM filters can be cumbersome. This agent lets sellers query data in plain language within views—for example, typing “Leads from the Summer Campaign created last month”—automatically applying complex filters behind the scenes. Sellers retain control by reviewing and modifying filters as needed, streamlining daily planning and pipeline reviews. The Visualize feature (Preview) quickly converts filtered data into interactive charts within the view itself. Generated from visible columns and applied filters, these charts offer real-time insights where sellers can explore segments and switch chart types instantly. This supports rapid answers to questions like lead source effectiveness or pipeline stage distribution without leaving the CRM or generating reports, complementing Power BI by providing immediate visual data cues during sales work. **Enabling AI Capabilities** To activate these AI features, administrators go to the Power Platform Admin Center: - For Data Entry Agent: Under “AI form fill assistance, ” enable Automatic suggestions, Smart Paste, File suggestions, and the Form fill assist toolbar. - For Data Exploration Agent: Under “Natural language grid and view search, ” enable features for all users, turn on AI-generated charts, and enable AI chart styling. These enhancements allow sellers to spend more time selling and less time on administrative tasks, making sales processes more efficient and data-driven.
