For those seeking greater resilience in life or career, where do you draw your resilience from? My resilience stems from a blend of personal drive and the support of those around me. Growing up, I was encouraged to be independent and solve problems on my own, which taught me to stay calm under pressure. Later, entrepreneurship and mentorship from Rene Lacad helped me maintain focus, adapt swiftly, and remain steadfast despite setbacks. Challenges have fueled my determination to keep moving forward. Before we continue, could you tell us a bit about yourself? I am the Head Consultant at SMM Dealfinder, an AI-driven software revolutionizing how social media marketing agencies identify and secure clients. What excites me is that we’re addressing one of the biggest industry challenges: lead generation. Our AI scans thousands of businesses, scoring them by their likelihood to convert, saving agencies time and guesswork while driving sustainable growth by connecting them with the right clients. We’ve achieved $1M in annual recurring revenue within six months and are scaling globally with new features in development. My mission is to empower entrepreneurs through technology, strategy, and leveraging AI combined with human insight. Reflecting on your journey, what three qualities or skills have been most impactful, and what advice do you have for those starting out? 1. Adaptability – Being able to pivot and learn quickly has been vital.

Dropping out of university and entering new industries taught me to embrace change. For new entrepreneurs: don’t wait for perfect plans—start, adjust, and learn continuously. 2. Sales & Communication – Effectively conveying value and building trust is crucial. Even the best product needs clear communication to succeed. Practice daily through sales calls, public speaking, or asking questions in conversations. 3. Understanding Human Behavior – Success in marketing and entrepreneurship hinges on knowing why people buy and what motivates them. Study psychology, observe reactions, and remain curious about human nature. Lastly, who has played a key role in your development and overcoming challenges? Rene Lacad has been the most influential mentor in my journey. His guidance provided me with the strategic mindset and practical skills needed to excel in sales, marketing, and consulting. He pushed me to grow, gave me confidence, and helped prepare me for a leadership role at SMM Dealfinder.
