Norm Ai employs a Legal Engineering approach that pairs a no-code AI platform with a team of more than 35 attorneys trained as Legal Engineers. This method has been validated among Norm Ai’s clients, who collectively manage over $30 trillion in assets, providing the foundation for Norm Law—a New York-based firm built around AI-native workflows. Norm Ai has developed a process to customize and supervise AI agents in active legal matters, intending to enhance collaboration between AI tools and practicing attorneys to improve speed, accuracy, and reliability.

Meanwhile, Norm Law is expanding its team at the Partner and Senior Associate levels as operations grow.
