You stay in control. We build, you decide.

A locksmith call is about access control. The useful record is not a customer name but a property with a lock, a key code, and a history of who has rekeyed it, when it was changed, and whether the owner still has the original key. Neuron keeps lock type, key code, rekeying date and history, the access list (who has copies), and the lockout history so the fifth call from the same property shows a pattern and the next emergency is not a surprise.

What a locksmith record holds

Locksmith CRM FAQ

Why keep the lock type on the record?

Because it decides what you carry, the service time and whether it is a rekeying job or a replacement. The record tells the technician which before they climb the ladder.

Does it track rekeying history?

Yes — the date it was rekeyed, what was done and whether the old keys were returned. When the same property calls again within months, the pattern is visible.

Can I keep a spare key on file?

Yes. The access list records whether you or the customer holds a spare, so a lockout call can verify with the customer whether a spare exists before routing the emergency.

Can I import my customers?

Yes — the CRM is free forever, so you can move customers and their lock history in and keep working. You start paying only when you switch on a pay-as-you-go AI service.
