Terms of Service

Neuron Expert provides business software: a phone line with an AI receptionist, a website, a CRM, and the messaging and scheduling tools around them. Accounts are for businesses and their staff. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for the conduct of the users you invite.

Messages sent through Neuron Expert are transactional service messages: booking confirmations, service-window reminders, technician on-the-way and ETA updates, estimate and invoice links, and post-service follow-ups. Message frequency depends on the appointment — typically 2 to 5 messages per booking.

Recipients opt in by ticking the SMS-updates box on the service request form — never pre-ticked, and the only way to opt in; texting a keyword does not subscribe anyone. The consent, its timestamp and the wording shown are recorded with the request and the resulting booking. A phone number given for any other purpose is not treated as consent.

Reply STOP to stop messages, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See the Privacy Policy.

Business customers using the platform to message their own clients must have that consent themselves, must send only messages consistent with the registered use case, and must not use the service for marketing on behalf of unrelated third parties, for lead generation resale, or for any content prohibited by US carriers — including cannabis, illegal substances, firearms, hate speech, high-risk financial offers, gambling and adult content. We suspend accounts that do.

Platform fees and telephony usage are billed as shown at sign-up and in the account. Usage-based charges (voice minutes, messages, AI usage) are metered and billed to the account's wallet or payment method. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

The service is provided «as is». We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or puts the platform's carrier or provider relationships at risk. On closure you can export your data for 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. We update this page when the service changes and move the «last updated» date; material changes are announced by email to account holders before they take effect. Questions: [email protected].
