Building a Virtual Property Consultant using Artificial Intelligence through Hands-On Approach In this article, I will describe how I utilized real estate data and harnessed the power of OpenAI's Large Language Model GPT3 to create a virtual property consultant. This project has been an exciting journey, and I am thrilled to share my experiences with you. Originally from Italy, I have been residing in the United States for the past four years. After completing my university education in Rome, I made the bold decision to move to the US at the age of 23. With big dreams and a steadfast passion for artificial intelligence, I also pursued a doctorate at the University of Cincinnati. Having spent most of my life in Italy, where I enjoyed delicious food, great coffee, and endured long hours of traffic to reach any destination, I have now fully embraced adulthood in the United States.

Being thousands of miles away from my parents, I have taken on numerous responsibilities and embarked on new experiences that were completely foreign to me in Italy. One such experience is house hunting, which my wife and I are now undertaking together for the first time. 1. Understanding House Hunting For those of you who are not familiar with the term, "house hunting" simply refers to the process of searching for the perfect home. The term "hunting" aptly captures the extensive nature of this endeavor, considering the abundant availability of houses as well as the multitude of realtors and websites dedicated to this pursuit.
