Additionally, 83% have identified it as a top priority in their business plans. The application of AI is versatile, as indicated by a Forbes survey. In this study, 51% of business owners reported utilizing AI for cybersecurity and fraud management, while 56% employed it for customer service purposes. Furthermore, an overwhelming 97% of respondents expressed their belief that the AI-powered text program ChatGPT would benefit their businesses.
