Health aides, technicians, and wellness workers fall into the "resilient and growing" job category, with an estimated 4 percent increase in AI automation by 2030, totaling 20 percent.

On the other hand, health professionals can anticipate a 4 percent increase in AI automation, reaching 18 percent by 2030. Despite this, both healthcare employment categories are projected to experience a 30 percent increase in demand by 2030, thus offsetting any negative labor impact of AI automation, as stated in the report released on July 27. The study further highlights that nurses and home healthcare aides are anticipated to be the two fastest-growing occupations by the end of the decade.
