According to a recently released survey by ResumeBuilder. com, numerous workers who utilized the artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT experienced a significant reduction in their weekly workload. The survey reveals that approximately one-third of the respondents reported utilizing AI on a weekly basis. Among the most common applications for the tool were document summarization, email composition, content creation, and text translation. The utilization of ChatGPT has proven to enhance employee efficiency, as indicated by the survey's findings. Twenty-five percent of the respondents claimed that it saves them 10 hours per week, while 4% stated that it saves them over 20 hours.

Only 7% of the weekly ChatGPT users reported that the tool does not save them any time in their workweek. Since incorporating ChatGPT into their professional lives and experiencing time savings, 78% of the workers noted an improvement in their work-life balance, and 52% reported better mental health. Additionally, 51% expressed that they now have more time available to spend with loved ones. The survey further highlights that 26% of individuals have begun pursuing a side hustle, and 8% have taken on a second job as a result of the time saved through the use of ChatGPT in their work routine.
