Leto, having previously invested in another gen AI startup named Pika, has explored incorporating their technology into music videos for his band, Thirty Seconds to Mars. Captions aims to democratize video creation and storytelling, allowing anyone to share their ideas or stories effectively. With the support of investors and the community, Captions looks to expand its team in New York and continue its mission. Damir Becirovic, a partner at Index Ventures, believes that Captions' AI-enabled video creation product will elevate storytelling, enabling users to bring their stories to life in unimaginable ways and share them with the world.
