Gameplay mixes match-3 puzzle mechanics with player-versus-player fighting in quick bouts. Players earn "Adrenaline, " an in-game currency gained through matches and quests, which can be exchanged for various rewards such as One gift cards, merchandise, premium experiences like VIP tickets, and even SUI crypto tokens. Crypto integration is achieved via the Sui blockchain, allowing players to upgrade in-game athletes into tradeable NFTs.

These digital items grant true ownership and additional earning potential within the game’s ecosystem. However, these blockchain features remain optional, as One Fight Arena can be fully enjoyed without any interaction with blockchain technology.
