A mower does not stop so you can take a call.

The hours your phone rings hardest are the hours nobody on your crew can hear it. Ear protection is on, an engine is running two feet away, and both hands are on the machine. By the time the truck is loaded and the phone comes out, the person who wanted weekly lawn service has already reached somebody who could pick up. Neuron answers instead of the voicemail, and the call is still yours at the end of the day.

The noise is not an occasional problem

For most trades a missed call is bad luck. Here it is the shape of the working day: from the first property to the last, somebody on the crew is behind a mower, a blower or a trimmer. A homeowner deciding today who cuts their lawn does not leave a message and wait — they scroll to the next name while the page is still open.

Every call answered, written down as work

Neuron picks up on the first ring and asks what the caller actually needs: the property, the work they want, and when. A request for recurring mowing, a question about a landscape design and a dead irrigation zone are three different jobs, and they arrive as three different notes rather than one line saying somebody called. The address and what was asked for land together, so the note is usable when you read it at six o'clock.

You decide what interrupts you

Answering every call does not mean every call reaches your pocket. You choose what comes through live and what is simply captured for the end of the route. Nothing is priced and nothing is promised on your behalf — a quote stays a request until you have seen the property.

Never miss a call — FAQ

Callers can tell when it is not a person. Does that lose me the job?

They reach a receptionist for your business that answers immediately and knows what you do. It never claims to be you, and being answered in one ring beats a voicemail nobody leaves.

Most of my calls come in while the crew is out. Does it handle several at once?

Yes — calls are not queued behind each other, so two people calling during the same run both get answered.

Will it try to price a design job over the phone?

No. It captures the property and the scope the caller describes and marks it as a quote to be walked; the number stays yours.

What do I actually get at the end of a run?

A list of who called, the property each one is about, and what they asked for — instead of a row of missed-call notifications with no context.
