Let people book the visits that belong in a form.
Not everything on a sewer line schedule belongs in a booking form, and pretending otherwise is worse than having no form at all. A camera inspection before a bid, a walk-through on a lateral the city flagged, a second visit to price trenchless lining against digging — those are appointments somebody can pick a time for at ten at night without talking to anyone. An active backup is not a form. Neuron takes the first kind and sends the second to a person.
The questions that decide which truck leaves the yard
A booking that says only «sewer problem, Thursday morning» costs you the morning. What the form has to establish is where the cleanout is and whether it can be found, whether the property is single-family or multi-unit, whether there is a basement or a crawlspace, and what the last visit to that address found. Those answers decide equipment before anybody drives.
It books the routine and routes the urgent
A visitor picking a time for a camera inspection answers those questions once and the appointment lands on your calendar with the address and the details already filled in. A visitor describing water coming up right now is pointed at your line instead of a confirmation screen, because a slot next Tuesday is not an answer to what they are looking at.
You set what can be booked and when
You choose which visit types appear, how far ahead they can be taken and how much lead time you need. The page cannot hand out a slot you did not open, and nothing arrives that you did not agree to accept without a conversation.
Online booking — FAQ
Do customers need an app or an account?
No. The booking page opens in any browser, they pick a time and enter their details, and it is done in under a minute.
What stops someone booking a Thursday slot for a live backup?
You decide which visit types are bookable at all. A caller describing an active problem is directed to your phone line, so it reaches you as a call rather than sitting quietly in a calendar.
Where do the bookings go?
Straight into your Neuron calendar and CRM, attached to the customer and the address — the same place calls land, not a separate inbox.
Does it cut down on no-shows?
Confirmations and reminders go out by text automatically, which matters most on the visits where somebody has to be home to open a gate or point out the cleanout.
