Free CRM & website
Three things decide whether a flooring job goes to plan, and all three are invisible on the phone: the real footage, the subfloor underneath, and where the furniture is going to live for a week.
Website, Google, Maps & AI answers bring customers in.

AI receptionist
The receptionist answers the run-up to any holiday, when customers want a new floor down before guests arrive, asks what the job needs and books it into the CRM with the caller's details.
Caller
“I want the whole downstairs in vinyl plank.”
Caller
“There is a soft spot in the bathroom floor.”
Caller
“The carpet has to come out before anything else happens.”
In the CRM
| Step | What the dispatcher sees | What the owner availability sees |
|---|---|---|
| 1Call | A new request with the caller, the reason and square footage per room, with waste allowance, subfloor type and condition, and anything that must be levelled, material, batch and acclimation dates and transitions, trim and what was removed and hauled away, plus the call transcript. | Nothing yet — the request is not assigned to a owner availability until it is booked. |
| 2Record | The customer record: square footage, subfloor & material, notes and the job history. | The same record, before the visit — what was done last time and what the caller said. |
| 3Job | The job on the calendar — material that must acclimate in the house for days before it is laid, a tear-out that has to happen first, and the rooms a family cannot use while the work is in them. | Assigned to the business owner, with the address, the reason and the arrival window. |
| 4Invoice | The invoice and payment link on the same job, with the Payments department from Copper. | Marks the job complete; the invoice goes out from the same record. |
